Description
This bromeliad is a beast, nearly as tough as Aechmea blanchetiana, these have no problems with the Florida sun. Grows great in the landscape or pots. Gets 3 to 4 feet tall, maintains primarily green foliage but will often show highlights of red, orange and yellow when they get good light. Spikey orange bloom lasts for several months.
This listing is for a large pup at least 12" long. Like most bromeliad pups these will automatically root when planted.
